At Kedaiterbaik.my, all sales are considered final unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

1. No Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind
Wrong size, color, or variant selected by customer
Items purchased during promotions, sales, or clearance
Items with minor packaging imperfections

Please review product details carefully before placing an order.

2. Eligible Return Cases (Limited)

Returns are accepted ONLY IF:

Item received is damaged
Item received is defective
Item received is incorrect

Requests must be submitted within 48 HOURS of delivery.

3. Proof Is Mandatory

Customers must provide:

Clear photo and/or video evidence
Order number
Unboxing video (strongly recommended)

❗ Claims without valid proof will be rejected automatically.

4. Item Condition Requirement

Returned items must be:

Unused
Unwashed
In original packaging
With tags, labels, and accessories intact

Items showing signs of use will not be refunded.

5. Return Shipping

Approved defective or wrong items: Shipping covered by Kedaiterbaik.my
All other cases: Return request will be rejected

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued as:

Store Credit OR
Replacement item

⚠️ Cash refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at management discretion only.

7. Processing Time

Inspection: 3–5 working days
Refund or replacement processing: 5–10 working days

8. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded

9. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

KedaiTerbaik.my reserves the right to:

Reject suspicious or repeated claims
Block accounts abusing refund policies
Make final decisions on all disputes
